Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning a defective item, we may request visual proof, such as photographs sent via email.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the purchase price (excluding delivery fees and any discounts) will be refunded to your original payment method within seven business days.
In cases where the return does not meet the specified conditions, we will inform you of the reason for rejection, and no refund will be issued. This typically occurs when returned products are used or in an unsellable condition.
Return Instructions
We accept returns from customers in the United States. To initiate a return:

- You will receive a downloadable and printable return label via email.
- Affix the return label to your package and mail it back to us.
- If the return is confirmed, you do not need to pay any fees for the return.
Please ensure that returns are made within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new condition. We do not charge a restocking fee, and there is no cost for return shipping, regardless of the reason for return.
Refund and Exchange Policy
As all our items are made to order, they are non-returnable unless a defect is present. Defective items will be replaced with an identical item in the same size; no exceptions will be made. Please inspect items before washing, as we do not accept returns of laundered products.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty – such as those with unraveled seams or holes present before washing – or if the item is wrongly described or differs from the sample shown, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product along with a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item.
Order Modifications
If you need to correct an error in your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@rinaccess.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or product details, nor can we offer a refund in such cases.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance and Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.
Shipping
We ship using the address provided during checkout; please verify that the information is accurate. Any returned orders due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, no refund or exchange is available. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
