Our 180-Day Promise

You have 180 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Gift cards and final sale/promotion items (unless defective) are not eligible for return.

Easy Returns Process

No return label in your package? No problem!

  1. Email Us: Send your return request to support@rinaccess.com.
  2. Tell Us: Include your full name, order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. For damaged/defective items, please attach a photo or video.
  3. Get Instructions: We’ll email you back with clear return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

⚠️ Important: Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval and confirmation from our support team will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds & Exchanges Explained

Refunds: 

  • Cases Where a Refund IS Provided:

    • Order Cancellation: You receive a full refund of the total amount paid (including the original shipping fee) if you cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.

    • Product Returns: You receive a refund for the Product Value (after deducting the non-refundable original shipping fee) 

  • Cases Where a Refund IS NOT Provided/Recovered:

    • Original Shipping Fee: The shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable in all return cases.

    • Ineligible Products: No refund will be issued if the returned product is used, missing tags, not in original packaging, or if it is a gift card/final sale item (unless defective).

    • Cancellations After 12 Hours: A cancellation request made after the 12-hour window may be denied if the order has entered the production process.

    • Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior approval and confirmation from our support team will not be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges:

We only exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product/size). Contact us at support@rinaccess.com for exchanges. You won’t pay return shipping for defective products.

Exchange Timeline (After Approval)

Once we receive your returned item and the exchange is approved:

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (time to prepare your new order)

  • Transit Time: 2 – 3 business days (time in shipment)

Return Shipping Fee

  • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

  • If the return is not due to our error (such as ordering the wrong size, wrong item by mistake, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Please note: the original shipping fee you paid at checkout is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
